Inbound Queues Wizard
Setting up inbound queues on vicidial can be tricky. That's why we have made an inbound queue wizard in your management portal. Using the wizard you can decide which telephone numbers route to the queue. The inbound queues wizard will setup the necessary DIDs + INGROUPS in your vicidial configuration. You can also create custom welcome messages using our built in text to speech generator (Amazon Polly) , set a max hold time and message if that hold time is hit, set custom hold music easily, set new out of hours times, and out of hours messages, and select if we will allow queuing when there are no agents logged in. All changes made here, are reflected in your vicidial.


Telephone Numbers
Purchase telephone numbers here to dial from and receive calls to. You can also enable 3rd party numbers to dial from. Any telephone numbers purchased or enabled, will become available to select in the vicidial campaign settings. Choose from a number in 77 countries. You can then point the telephone number to an inbound queue (DID + ingroup) or select for the number to just hangup when called, or play a message then hangup.
